Thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can

return or exchange quickly and easily. Here’s everything you need to know!

 
 

Return in store - Fast & simple

If you purchased in store or online, just bring your item(s) with your Original Receipt to a checkout counter in  our  store for your refund or exchange within the required time frame. No receipt? No problem! Many items can still be returned or exchanged in store with a valid ID. For more details on our return policy, see below.


 
 

Return by mail

If you made your purchase online, go to your order history page, select the order you want to return then select "Return" in the upper right corner. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and print a FREE return label and drop your item off at any carrier location. You will need an online account in order to process your return or exchange by mail. For more details on our return policy, see below.


 
 

Registry Returns

If you received items from a registry and need to return them, find your delivery confirmation email and present that email to the cashier at your local Blazeosborn store to get a Return Card. The amount on the Return Card will be the amount that was paid for the item by the buyer. For more details on our return policy, see below.


 

Special order/custom-made items may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt. Tech services are excluded from this return policy and are subject to the terms and conditions for each service

 

 

Return Policy - Frequently Asked Questions

How to package my return?
Please make sure that you package, label, and ship the correct item, including all return documentation for a refund. These items will be held for 10 days and then donated/recycled. 

Blazeosborn will not compensate for wrong or mistaken returns. If you think that you may have sent the wrong item by accident, contact Customer Service at +13241935788. Blazeosborn cannot guarantee that the item will be found. If the item is found, Blazeosborn will not be responsible to ship the item back to the customer. The customer must provide Blazeosborn with a UPS or FedEx account number or label or other shipping method to return the item.

How and when will I be refunded?

Items returned in our stores will have faster refund processing times.

Items returned with an original register receipt, eReceipt, packing slip, or order confirmation will follow these guidelines ("Original Receipt"):

  • If you paid with cash or a check written more than 10 days ago, you will be refunded in cash.
  • If you paid with a check written less than 10 days ago or with an Blazeosborn Gift Card, you will be refunded with an Blazeosborn OfficeMax Return Card which you will receive within 3-4 weeks.
  • If you paid with a debit card, you will be refunded based on your bank's processing time.
  • If you paid with a credit card, you will be refunded based on your card company's processing time.
  • If you paid with an Blazeosborn rewards certificate, you will be refunded by check within 3-4 weeks.

What items can be returned/exchanged without a receipt?

All returns without an Original Receipt require valid government identification. Technology products without Original Receipt are not eligible for return.

All other returns without an Original Receipt for items that are active in our computer system will be refunded in the form of an Blazeosborn® or OfficeMax® Return Card in an amount equal to the lowest retail price during the preceding 90 days. Blazeosborn and OfficeMax reserve the right to request identification or deny any exchange or return.

What if I placed my order online and picked it up in store?

You may return or exchange your item in store. Please follow the instructions above.

What if my item(s) was from a manufacturer direct supplier?

Catalog and Website purchases may be returned/exchanged in accordance with our return policy in any store or by going to your order history and selecting the item to return or exchange by mail.
